Cesaroni Aerospace Incorporated manufactures lead-free frangible projectiles for our related company, Cesaroni Technology Inc., as well as for customers worldwide. Our projectiles are trusted by defense and law enforcement agencies for CQB training and tactical operations. Recreational users also benefit from the safety and performance of lead-free frangible ammunition for home defense and target shooting in various environments.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCT

CAI line-up of lead-free frangible projectiles includes numerous 300AAC Blackout, 9 mm and 5.56×45 variants as well as a number of shot gun projectiles. The product line ranges from .22LR to .50BMG and includes all popular pistol and rifle calibres in both copper-jacketed and unjacketed styles including 4.6×30, 5.56×45, .38SPL, 380AUTO, 9mm, .40S&W, .45ACP, 7.62×39, 7.62×51 & 300AAC Blackout. Shot gun projectiles include both true spherical buckshot and slug designs for 12 gauge applications.

When combined with lead-free primers, our projectiles offer a true 100% lead-free, environmentally friendly alternative to reduced lead and encapsulated lead ammunition products.

Our semi-jacketed frangible projectiles are suppressor safe and significantly reduce fouling in suppressors unlike other polymeric frangible bullets.

Materials science is our heritage.  Our proprietary high-density copper/polymer compounds are manufactured in-house to exacting standards.  Combined with high-speed state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, CAI produces the world’s highest quality, best performing, lead-free frangible projectiles.
